CMS WEBSITE DESIGN & HOSTING
CMS is short for "Content Management System".
Having CMS hosting allows the website owner to manage
(change/edit) their website within the hosting account
from any internet connected computer.
When you have a CMS hosting account you can change the
images displayed on your website and the background colouring
in the various background areas of the website pages.
You select the text font, size and colour just as you
would greating an email or word document.

any computer with a high speed internet connection
you can log into your CMS hosting account, upload
new images for display on pages, edit the text
on the pages and create or delete email accounts.
You can "forward" email accounts and
create "auto-responder messages" to
be received by people that have sent email to
any email account.
You can also view your website statistics to see
how many people have visited your website each
month and how they found your website using search
engines.
This may sound abit difficult to some people ....
but it really isn't. We have on-line support pages
that will assist you and if they don't ... you
can call us and we'll be happy to assist you with
any issue
CMS hosting accounts are purchased for 12 month
intervals from a Canadian hosting provider and
certain conditions apply which are standard in
that industry.

You
can add webpages to your website and delete pages from
it.
If
you have any experience with image editing software (Photoshop,
Corel Draw, Illustrator etc.) and are familiar with programs
such as "Word", " Publisher" or "Powerpoint"
... then you will have no problem editing the images displayed
on your own website using the CMS hosting account page
editor feature.
You have the ability to make changes as you wish ... tutorials
are available in the CMS hosting account to help you do
things that you currently do not know how to do. Should
you need help editing your website of course we are available
to you.
Beware of companies building websites using "css"
files and "scripts" that you will spend a great
deal of time learning how to edit. Building a website
using "css" files is faster but can ruin search
engine rankings.
